I recently learned that one of my submissions to the KeyShot 6 Beta Image Contest took first place in the 'New Gemstone Material' category! I'm beyond-pumped and really don't remember the last time I won or placed in a contest... Anyway, sine I haven't shared this image here, I thought I'd create a tutorial!
After I started writing this blog entry, I decided to record a video of me walking through the ENTIRE process, beginning to end. It takes just under 1 hour to set up the rendering AND edit the image in post. The nice thing is that you don't need anything you don't already have (assuming you've got KeyShot on your machine), so grab a coffee, sit down and join me as I create this rad (I think it is at least) diamond using KeyShot 6.
If you liked the video, do me a favor and give it a thumbs up and subscribe if you'd like to see more! If you happen to follow along with this tutorial, post the results and tag me on social media.
